Unlike many lower-quality lawn soils, our blend does not contain native topsoil, curbside compost, bark mulch, or wood-waste materials. Instead, we use carefully selected ingredients to provide consistent drainage, structure, and performance across every project.

High Traffic Turf Mix
Ideal Use: Topdressing or New Lawn
Our High Traffic Turf Mix is a blend of finely screened course sand and nitrogen rich organics, which makes this product ideal for seasonal topdressing or new lawn installations. This weed-free mix is suitable for residential lawn applications, designed to be free-draining, easily levels with minimal lay over and quick germination.
This specifically formulated material will significantly improve the quality of your lawn by addressing drainage, organic and nutritional concerns. The High Traffic Turf Mix is best used in conjunction with thatching and core aeration.
Designed to meet the Canadian Landscape Standard 2H standards for high traffic lawn and turf areas, this product does not contain any native topsoil, curbside collection compost, bark mulch or other wood-waste products.

Plant-Based Turf Mix

Our Plant-Based Turf mix is plant-based blend, formulated for new grass, started by seed or sod.
This mix is light, fluffy and easy to work with and is suitable for use with blower trucks. It provides a stable base for new installations, with enough weed-free organic content to satisfy turf and seed requirements for years to come. Our Plant-Based Turf Mix is an excellent choice to grow a great luscious lawn from the start. This product does not contain any native topsoil, manure-based compost, bark mulch or other wood-waste products.
