Yes! We sell our products to everyone! Homeowners, landscapers, contractors, commercial farmers, retail stores, community gardens, etc are all happy customers of ours!
Soil is not all the same. We have many different types of soil available to suit every project.
If you are starting a new vegetable garden, then our Veggie Mix is the way to go. If you a homeowner or residential landscaper planting flowers, shrubs or trees, then our Compost Planter Mix are the right choice. For new lawns, go with our Premium Turf Mix and for topdressing, our High Traffic Turf Mix.
Looking for just compost? We have a screened Compost Amender that is manure-based or we have a Plant-Based Compost that uses municipal collections compost.
Yes we do… but we sell it as a “fill soil”, why? because topsoil is not the same as our engineered garden & lawn soils.
What is the difference?
In the landscape industry, topsoil refers to the top layer of soil that has been excavated from local property’s and put through a screening process to remove debris to create a consistent texture. Topsoil does contain natural organic matter from leaves, grasses, weeds and tree bark, but it is not enriched or amended at all, which limits its use as a growing medium.
Engineered soils, on the other hand, are made through a process of blending individual ingredients (eg. compost, mulch, sand) at pre-determined ratios. This method creates balanced, well draining, nutrient enriched soils that are designed to perform certain functions and/or mimic current environmental locations. Engineered soils are used in all sorts of applications including vegetable gardens, lawns, green roofs, rain gardens, greenhouses, sports fields, boulevards and more.
Yes! If you need it, we will find a way to get it to you!

We have trucks of all sizes!
We offer a full lineup of trucking options! For smaller orders we will send our single axle or bin trucks, while larger orders use our regular dump trucks or truck & transfer trailers. No. We do not mix materials in the same truck box. Our small bin truck has the option to pull a trailer, so we can send one soil in the truck and one in the trailer, or for large orders our truck & transfer trailers can be split loaded as well.
No, we don’t. As we are not set up as a retail operation we only deliver Monday-Friday.
As a manufacturing facility — not a retail operation — we do not permit public pickup at our yards. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff, as our sites have active heavy equipment and frequent transport truck traffic. For this reason, our yard locations are not published online.
Commercial pick-up is available by pre-booking only.
Customers with commercially licensed vehicles, or those who arrange their own commercial transport, may pick up orders — but no trucks will be loaded without pre-booking.
To arrange a pickup, please call our office at 604-541-7645.
Our soil is sold by the yard. In order to know how many yards you need, you will need to measure the area where you are putting the soil.
How do you calculate how much soil you need? Length in feet x Width in feet x Depth in feet. Take the total and divide by 27 (the amount of cubic feet in a yard). The final figure will be the estimated amount of cubic yards required.
We understand it can be frustrating not to see pricing upfront — but there’s a good reason.
Every project is different, and we aim to give you the most accurate and competitive price based on your specific needs. Our products are sourced from multiple locations, and we offer a range of delivery options and truck sizes. Pricing depends on your delivery address, material type, and volume required.
